Porcelain
These are preferred due to durability and their closeness to actual tooth material. Porcelain is stain-resistant, and offers a realistic, tooth-like appearance. You will have the choice between Emax veneers and First Fit veneers.
Composite Resin
This material can be applied directly to the tooth and completed quickly. Composite is less durable and more likely to stain compared to porcelain, which is why it comes at a lower cost.

Depending on the type of veneer treatment that you choose (porcelain veneers for example, tend to be more expensive), getting dental veneers can be done for as little as £380 per tooth (we recommend a minimum two teeth).
For all treatments over £350 at Bamboo we have 0% APR interest monthly plans up to 18 months available for you for treatments over £500. Up to 12 months interest free with no deposit. The 18 months interest free option is available with a 15% deposit. If you wish to have the 24-month option with no deposit, the monthly repayments would be at 5.9% APR or 7.9% APR. Lastly we do offer a 36 month option at 7.9% APR. – subject to age and status, minimum spend applies.

Veneers are for people who are looking to change the shape, length, or size of their teeth.
They are placed on top of your existing teeth, like a strong false fingernail.
Our cosmetic veneers (Emax porcelain and composite) are best suited to people who already have straight teeth. This means that only a minimum amount of preparation is needed.
You can have as many as you want; but we do a minimum of two veneers.
Most of our patients will go for 8 or 10 veneers per arch. These are usually the teeth that you show when you smile.
Sometimes you can have four or six too, but we would rarely do the full mouth as the back teeth often don’t need veneers.
If you’re thinking Turkey teeth then no, that’s not what we do.
Thanks to the developments in the materials of our veneers, the porcelain is incredibly robust and thin. This means that we only need a minimal amount of preparation.

In general, composite veneers require more maintenance than porcelain Emax veneers.
With composite veneers, we advise our patients that they not only need to maintain good dental hygiene but also need a yearly check-up and scale and polish with your own hygienist.
You also need to be careful with what you eat and drink with composite veneers to avoid staining or chipping them.
Porcelain veneers are relatively straightforward to look after. Good oral hygiene is a must – flossing, using mouthwash, and brushing (in that order).
Unlike composite veneers, porcelain Emax veneers don’t stop you from eating anything, except from hard boiled sweets, candy canes and sticks of rock.
