Do you spend a lot of time at a desk?
Or sitting on the sofa watching TV?

Then your body may want you to start moving a bit more.
Luckily, The Guardian have put together a list of simple moves to keep our bodies moving. They are simple, can be done anywhere and don’t take up much time.
